I met Lou in London when she worked with me at Intuition. Initially, she looked after a huge project we ran with the National Health Service (NHS). We developed an Infection Control e-learning program which she single-handedly rolled out nationwide. This involved project management, marketing and dealing with health boards at the Strategic Health Authority level (which is not always easy.) She ran the entire NHS project in the UK seamlessly, with our clients having nothing but positive things to say about her.
After the project finished, she supported me with account/project management, including client liaison, relationship management, reporting and responding to RFPs. She was a godsend.
Lou is a real people person, and lovely to work with. She is hard-working, diligent and trustworthy.
